On 15 March, World Consumer Rights Day, Kievskaya Ploshchad is launching its modernised Customer Care Service. The unified service will significantly speed up the processing of all enquiries submitted to the official websites of the facilities which make up the portfolio of assets of the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies and allow more effective interactions with all sources of consumer information.

 

Kievskaya Ploshchad makes every effort to create consumer comfort and safety and expresses its gratitude to all those who provide us with the opportunity to learn in timely manner about the issues of interest to them. Customer enquiries are a rich strategic resource that helps our business to grow and develop, improving the quality of services provided. Therefore, each question or instance of customer feedback receives a timely response - in 2019 alone, the holding processed more than 70 000 enquiries.

You can also leave reviews and ask questions on the holding’s official website. In March 2020, a single modernised service will begin operating within the Group of Companies, through which all enquiries coming to the websites and social networks of facilities will be centrally processed, brought to the management of the holding and archived.
