The Shchyolkovsky shopping and entertainment center, built by the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies, has been highly rated by the prestigious Commercial Real Estate Awards. It won in the Large Shopping Center category as a modern high-tech complex that provides a wide range of services and developed infrastructure.

The CRE Moscow Awards 2021, which is one of the main events in the commercial real estate industry, brought together the leading representatives of the industry and business community. The experts rated the most outstanding projects implemented in 2020.

The experts classed the high-tech approach of Kievskaya Ploschad to the construction of an innovative multifunctional complex for the Eastern Administrative District of the capital, combining retail and rich entertainment.

The building has a total area of 150 thousand sq. m. distributed over 11 floors, 6 upper ground and 5 basement ones. Due to its shape and semitransparent facade with wave-like geometry, the Shchyolkovsky shopping and entertainment center resembles a large “houseboat” made of glass and metal. The building height is 35 m, and the total glazing area is 7 800 sq. m. The facade is decorated with a unique nine-meter gold clock with a designer pattern and red hands, which is the symbol of the Shchyolkovsky shopping and entertainment center.

In the very first year of its life, the Shchyolkovsky shopping and entertainment center became a point of attraction for Muscovites and guests of the city and, despite the period of the pandemic, it united the largest and most famous tenants under its roof. Today, 60 thousand square meters of retail space in the Shchyolkovsky shopping center employ about 200 tenants, including Russian and foreign chain stores, world leading brands boutiques, various restaurants, the KINO OKKO multiplex cinema, a World Class fitness center with a swimming pool, a Jokki Joya children's center, a round-the-clock supermarket, "Perekrestok".

The Shchyolkovsky shopping and entertainment center is part of a multifunctional complex which is part of the transport hub of the same name that unites a bus station, the Shchyolkovskaya metro station, as well as stations of urban public transport, and can serve about 200 thousand people per day.

It was inaugurated on October 29, 2020 with the participation of Moscow Mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, Governor of the Moscow Region, Andrey Vorobyov, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies, God Nissanov.
