The Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies has grown exponentially in the Forbes ranks of the Top 200 largest companies in Russia, placing 74th in the year 2019.

Kievskaya Ploshchad has been in the first 100 of the Top 200 Russian companies since 2015, all the while under the leadership of real estate magnates God Nisanov and Zarakh Iliev.

The company has been actively developing itself recently. As of last year, the company’s portfolio of assets included large-scale, significant Moscow properties, such as the Olimpiysky sports complex, which Kievskaya Ploshchad has been renovating. The company also opened the Depo food market at the site of the capital's oldest transportation hub. The company doubled the size of the Radisson Royal Flotilla, acquired a pavilion at Patriarchiye Ponds, and successfully bid on the right to build a retail and office complex at the Nagatinskaya Transportation Interchange Hub.

God Nisanov, the chairman of the board of Directors of the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies, commented:“We are pleased that our achievements have been noted in the rankings of such a respected publication. Since 2015, Kievskaya Ploschad has consistently been included in the top 100 largest private Russian companies due to the gradual successful implementation of our business strategy.
