Kievskaya Ploshchad is on the 113th place of the Expert-400 rating

In the RA Expert rating, the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies, one of the leaders in the field of Russian development, has climbed from 138th to 113th place in 2021.

The projects implemented for the past year testify to the steady pace of development of the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies.

In 2020, the multifunctional complex Shchelkovsky was launched, a unique feature of which for Russia is the bus station on the rooftop; the wholesale food complex Four Seasons in Domodedovo was purchased and relaunched based on the concept of the agro-cluster Food City; an agreement was signed with the world-leading hotel group in hospitality Accor, to open in the very center of Moscow, on Varvarka, the first hotel in Russia under the luxury brand Raffles. The construction of the Nagatinskaya transport hub (TH) has begun, in which a transfer from several types of transport is carried out according to the principle of "dry feet".

In 2021, God Nisanov and the framework of the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies became shareholders of the Samolet development company. Cooperation between the companies includes the development of joint projects in the field of commercial real estate and the implementation of development projects in Russia and the CIS countries.

In October 2021, Kievskaya Ploshchad has replenished the company's assets with the Studenets estate located on the territory of the Krasnaya Presnya State Park. Moreover, an announcement about the creation of new urban space has been made, in which a gastro project with a cinema parking and a business cluster will be opened. Hence, together they will form a business ecosystem for startups. The project has been named Depo Tri Vokzala.

As of October 2021, the total area of commercial real estate of the Group of Companies is more than 3.9 million m2, and the number of employees has reached 27 thousand.
