KIEVSKAYA SQUARE PARTICIPATES IN MOSCOW URBAN FORUM 2021

As part of the business program and exhibition Moscow Urban Forum 2021, which was held from July 1 to 4 at the Zaryadye Concert Hall in Moscow, the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group's experience in construction, reconstruction, restoration and adaptation of buildings to modern use was demonstrated. The current forum agenda includes such exclusive projects of Kievskaya Ploschad as the DEPOT Gourmet District, Shchyolkovskaya and Nagatinskaya transport hubs, as well as a hotel complex under construction in Varvarka street, 14, bldg. 1, 2.

At the foresight session, "Make a Place". What are the Must-Have objects in the city of the future? ", in which the chief architect of Moscow, Sergey Kuznetsov, and leading experts on urban planning participated, the Design Director at the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies, Galina Gordyushina, spoke about the restoration and adaptation to modern use of the architectural ensemble of the Miussky depot, which Kievskaya Ploshchad turned into one of the most visited and modern lifestyle neighborhoods with food courts, restaurants, stage, space for concerts, workshops, and festivals.

Experts discussed the use of digital technologies in the design and construction of the Shchyolkovsky multifunctional complex, which is the first transport hub in Russia with a bus station on the roof, and the new capital's transport hub, Nagatinskaya, which has unique media facades with an area of ​​more than 14 thousand sq. m., as well as pedestrian and gastronomic zones on the operated roof.

the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies also presented the project of a hotel complex under construction on Varvarka, which since this June has been participating in a pilot city project to integrate information about an object under construction into the digital environment: using a QR code, which is placed on banners and in the passport of the object. When you scan the QR code, you are redirected to the information portal "StroimProsto", where a "card" of the project being implemented opens with data on its purpose, deadlines, digital models and 3D visualization.
