15th anniversary of the Moscow automobile trade center

15 November 2019

On November 16, 2019, the Moscow Automobile Trade Center, which is part of the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies, celebrated its 15th anniversary with special deals being offered by its car dealerships, repair centers, and auto parts stores through to December 31, 2019.

Located on the Kashirskoye Highway, the Moscow Automobile Trade Center is one of the largest centers in Europe and specializes in the sale of both new and used cars. It has a total area of 110,000 square meters and has been in operation since 2004. In the last 15 years, the center has sold more than 1.5 million cars all throughout Russia and other FSU countries.

The center was created to serve as a unique place to shop for cars. It contains an atrium with a multitiered demonstration structure that is unlike any other in the world. Panoramic elevators and a cascade of escalators allow visitors a full view of the vehicles on display, which are updated monthly.

The Moscow Automobile Trade Center is a comprehensive automotive center. Currently, the mall has some 30 car dealerships, 50 service and diagnostic stations, and 100 auto parts and accessories stores. It also has repair shops, car washes, banks, insurance and credit organizations, and notary offices.

After purchasing a car, shoppers can immediately get it checked at one of the mechanics at the center and arrange all the necessary documents. If buying the car used, experts at the center can examine its history and that of its previous owners to ensure a clean bill of sale. The center also helps customers register the car with the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate so that registration is taken care of before they even step out of the building.

For customers' convenience, the Moscow Automobile Trade Center can now issue vehicle registration plates in compliance with the new format. The new GOST 50577-2018 (State Union Standard) introduced square-shaped plate numbers in the American and Japanese style, established new reduced sizes for the plate numbers of custom vehicles, and introduced the use of a tricolor system on motorcycle license plates.

Those who love automotive history will be pleased to visit the vintage car exhibit at the center, which features beautiful vehicles from the last century. There are also plenty of cafes and relaxation areas to give shoppers a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience.
