The Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies was founded in 1992.
Since 2015, Kievskasya Ploshchad has been in the top 100 official ranking of the largest private companies in Russia according to Forbes magazine.
In 2019, Kievskaya Ploshchad rebranded its visual style and developed a new logo and official company website.
When implementing development projects, the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group uses innovative solutions and designs. During its almost thirty-year history, the company has received numerous official awards for its activities, including the thanks of the Government of Moscow and prestigious international awards in the field of development and hospitality.
Kievskaya Ploshchad’s interests are focused on developing socially significant urban projects:

Schelkovskiy Multifunctional Complex
The multifunctional complex Schelkovskiyis a unique architectural project of the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies, embodied in the style of the best transport hubs in Europe. It is part of the Schelkovskiy transport interchange hub (TIH). It combines a bus station and a shopping and entertainment center under one roof.

Pavilion on Patriarch’s Ponds
The Pavilion on Patriarch’s Ponds joined the portfolio of assets of the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies in 2019. The building will house the holding’s new restaurant concept, which Kievskaya Ploshchad will create in conjunction with the Rappoport Restaurants united company.
gastronomic quarter Depo Lesnaya
Reconstruction and modernization of the oldest Moscow tram park - Miussky depot. Restoration work, completed in 2019, was supervised by the Department of Cultural Heritage of Moscow. Spring of 2019 marked its opening as the largest gastronomic quarter in Europe. The quarter contains cafes and restaurants, a children's play center, a farmer's market, souvenir and grocery stores.
Grand YUG
Grand YUG specializes in the distribution of furniture, home improvement goods, electronics and household appliances. The center is located next to the Prazhskaya metro station.
Nagatinskaya TIH
Following the results of an open bidding held by the Government of Moscow, Nagatinskaya transport hub was included in the assets of the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies. The property will include a full-fledged interchange hub and related infrastructure.
«Levyi Bereg » Shopping Complex
The Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies bought the territory of the Levyi Bereg shopping complex. It is planned to become a place for the agricultural cluster «Food City 2». Currently, the development of design documentation for construction is being carried out.
Velozavodsky market
The Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies acquired the Velozavodsky market. It opened in 2018 after a massive reconstruction. Today, the facility provides residents of the southeast of Moscow with fresh, environmentally friendly products that come directly from manufacturers.
Olimpiyskiy sports and entertainment complex
The Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies acquired Olimpiyskiy sports complex. After its reconstruction, one of the largest indoor structures in Europe will find its uniqueness and expand its functional significance. Complex will include various sports platforms, planetarium, concert hall, cinema, cafes, restaurants, and shopping areas.
Schelkovskiy bus station
The Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies has started a large-scale reconstruction of the Shchelkovskiy bus station. The modern multifunctional Schelkovskiy interchange hub will include the homonymous international bus station, retail space, restaurants, cinema and other infrastructure.
Novy Arbat, 21 business center
The Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies acquired one of four historic buildings on Novy Arbat (Novy Arbat street, 21). They are widely known as “book houses” because of their appearance.
Hotel complex on Varvarka
The Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies begun constructing a hotel complex on Varvarka Street. The multifunctional hotel complex with apartments will become a natural continuation of the Zaryadye park. Former tenement buildings, which belonged to the «Yakor» insurance company and the top guild merchant Zelik Persitsa will be restored according to archival drawings. The territory of the complex belongs to the UNESCO conservation zone.
South Gates bus station
The opening of the bus station South Gates. The socially significant object provides routes to more than 30 directions. Modern comfortable buses operate more than 200 long-distance and international trips per day. Convenient infrastructure and a wide range of additional services allowed South Gates to become a truly sought after destination.
Food City agricultural cluster
Opening of Russia's first agricultural cluster - Food City. Infrastructure of the agricultural cluster consists of a shopping complex,10 cross-docks for the wholesale of vegetables, fruits, meat and fish, parking for trucks and cars. To ensure the smooth operation of Food City, a customs terminal was opened in close proximity.
Hotel Radisson Slavyanskaya
The Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies acquired the building of the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel. Under the management of the company, the facility turned into a comfortable hotel with a modern business center, where large international conferences are regularly held.

Radisson Royal Flotilla
The flotilla yachts provide year-round passenger navigation on the Moscow River. Their reinforced hull and powerful keel easily overcome the ice. The Radisson Flotilla fleet consists of 20 modern and safe vessels: 10 yachts for year-round sightseeing and recreational cruises along the Moscow River and 10 river buses with climate control and a telescopic glass roof for cruises that take place from May to October.
SEC Evropeiskiy
Opening of the SEC Evropeiskiy, one of the most visited shopping and entertainment centers in Russia and Europe. In terms of publicity it is second only to the giant Dubai Mall. The uniqueness of the Evropeiskiy is in its modern design and high technology. Thus, during the preparations for the World Cup the first open-air musical fountain in Moscow was installed next to the shopping center.
